WHY ZENTANGLE ART??
BENEFITS OF ZENTANGLE ART
- It is easy to learn. No art experience is required.
- It only requires 3 things: Paper, Pencil and Pen.
- It mainly consists of dots, lines and circles. Unlike painting you don't have to worry about colours or techniques.
- It enhances relaxing.
- Helps increase focus.
- Improves creativity.
- Relieves stress and anxiety.
- It is structured but no pressure of drawing realistic.
- No fixed rules, especially in zen doodling. You can fill it up with any pattern you like.
- This may further help you find interest in other art forms.
- Even though the overall picture may look intense and complicated, in actual it is just filled with dots, lines and circles.
- Unlike doodling it's not too mindlessly done. (Nothing wrong with that, I personally love to doodle too).
- It gives you a feeling of creating something beautiful.
