WHY ZENTANGLE ART??

BENEFITS OF ZENTANGLE ART

  • It is easy to learn. No art experience is required.
  • It only requires 3 things: Paper, Pencil and Pen.
  • It mainly consists of dots, lines and circles. Unlike painting you don't have to worry about colours or techniques.
  • It enhances relaxing.
  • Helps increase focus.
  • Improves creativity.
  • Relieves stress and anxiety.
  • It is structured but no pressure of drawing realistic.
  • No fixed rules, especially in zen doodling. You can fill it up with any pattern you like.
  • This may further help you find interest in other art forms.
  • Even though the overall picture may look intense and complicated, in actual it is just filled with dots, lines and circles.
  • Unlike doodling it's not too mindlessly done. (Nothing wrong with that, I personally love to doodle too).
  • It gives you a feeling of creating something beautiful.
