Zentangle art is a quick learning, easy to start, relaxing art activity. It improves creativity and focus. You will only need 3 things: Pen, Pencil and a Plain white paper. Anybody can try zentangle art, you don't need to have any specific artistic skills. The repetitive nature of patterns used in zentagle art has relaxing effect on our minds and helps focus better. This could be your new hobby.
WHAT IS ZENTANGLE ART?
Zentangle art is an artwork with structured patterns drawn inside an outline/template. Patterns are basically combination of dots, lines and circles. When such patterns are put together inside the ouline/template the overall artwork looks intricate and beautiful.
HOW TO MAKE ZENTANGLE ART?
To make zentangle art follow these 3 steps.
1. OUTLINE
First step is to draw an outline/template of the zentangle art you want to make. Don't get overwhelmed, it just means drawing. For example, if you want to draw a butterfly zentangle art then first you need to make a butterfly drawing. I personally feel that it is better to draw outline/template using pencil first. In case there is a mistake you can always correct it.
2. SECTION
Second step is to make sections in the outline.
3. PATTERN
Third step is to fill these sections with patterns.
